Delivery Policy
We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of ordering.
If stock is found to be unavailable at the time of ordering, customers will be notified and will have the option of a refund or to await re-stocking of the item. In this instance, delivery would be expected to take approximately 4 weeks maximum.
All goods must be thoroughly checked on arrival for damages that may have occurred during shipment. This is the responsibility of the consumer; we cannot accept liability for goods that are found to be damaged, after they have been signed for. Signing of the shipping companies receipt is a binding statement that the order arrived complete and in excellent condition.
allinnone.co.uk do not accept liability for any consequential loss, either direct or indirect, resulting from our ordering/stocking procedures or from ordering errors by customers.
We use Parcelforce for deliveries over 3 kg and first class post for all other mail. Parcelforce may deliver between the hours of 8 am and 5pm. If you are not at home when they attempt delivery they will leave a card with a contact number to arrange re-delivery. If you require a timed delivery this can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us to arrange this service.
Under no circumstance will we authorise a refund for any goods until they have been returned to our premises in their original packaging with instruction manuals and all sales and delivery documentation.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation
Any goods found faulty within 30 days of purchase will either be refunded or replaced. Return of the goods to us will be at our expense. Goods found faulty after 30 days will be repaired subject to manufacturers policy.
Orders placed erroneously should be reported to us within 7 days and a refund will be given, minus any shipping charges incurred + 20% re-stocking fee.
Export Restrictions
Parts and machinery will be exported worldwide. Some countries have restrictions on importation of UK meat produce. Please check with your local government before ordering.
We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever other than death or personal injury resulting from proven negligence on our part.
Currencies
allinnone.co.uk will only accept UK Sterling as payment on all orders
